About Janelle

Hi, my name’s Janelle and I’m the creator behind Rosery Apparel. I’m based in Tasmania, Australia and I’ve been making my own clothes since I was a teenager.

Here at Rosery I share weekly sewing tutorials to inspire others to create their own ‘me-made’ wardrobes, and as of March 2020 I have started to delve into making a small range of Rosery Apparel sewing patterns.

I posted my first video onto Youtube at the start of 2019, and since then have gained an audience of 460k+, and have clocked over 30 million video views. I was also hand-selected by Youtube as their ‘Creator On The Rise’ - which was very exciting to say the least!

When I'm not busy sewing up a storm, you will probably find me thrifting, knitting exploring beautiful corners of this island I call home, and creating hand-stitched cross-stitch journals of my travels.

Rosery Apparel is a small corner of the internet where I like to inspire other like-minded people to create a handmade + sustainable life.
